Now, this is an interesting question. And I have just one answer for you, it is for everyone! I know that a bit corny but it is the truth. It is a great EDC flashlight that you can carry around with you all the time that doubles up as a power bank. It is useful for literally everyone. For those of the outdoorsy types, it has enough power to help you find your way through the jungle in no time as well.

I have made it absolutely clear how much I love this flashlight. Now, it’s time to see what are some of the features that make this flashlight such a successful product for Xtreme Bright.
1. x-3500 lumens have enough power?
Well, first and foremost, this is a tactical flashlight so, it has to be powerful. And it is. Although there is no mention of what is the output of this flashlight in terms of lumens, after using it for a while, I put it on 3500-lumen mark. This is a great amount of light for practically any purpose imaginable. The light is bright and long reaching as well.
Another feature that I love about this flashlight is that it can be zoomed and the beam can be adjusted for distance as well as brightness. So, if you are looking to concentrate the beam of light so that you can have a searchlight function, you can do it using this flashlight. On the other hand, if you are looking for an additional peripheral illumination, this flashlight has you covered in that as well!
2. Multiple modes
Although multiple modes of output should be standard on any flashlight that is classified as a tactical flashlight, some of the available flashlights don’t offer you with this function. The X-3500 however, has it covered. This flashlight comes equipped with three modes of operation that can be used to adjust the brightness to 100%, 50%, and strobe function. This is a great functionality that can help you out in some really sticky situations.

This is a great feature that I have grown to love so much that I can’t imagine my EDC flashlight not having a power-bank. This is a very useful feature that you will find very enticing in this model.

All the features of a flashlight can be rendered useless if it is poorly designed or cheaply constructed. The X-3500 is a very well built flashlight that can withstand some rigorous treatment. The flashlight is made from the same high-grade aluminum alloy material that is found in some of the most expensive flashlights on the market. This makes the flashlight very strong and yet keeps the weight at less than half a pound. The light weight, combined with great ergonomic shape, makes this flashlight ideal for fishing, camping or any other activity.
The flashlight is impact resistant and waterproof as well. I travel a lot and this flashlight is always in my emergency kit in my vehicle.

Cons:
The X-3500 is certainly one of the best multipurpose flashlights out there. Although it holds an impressive Amazon rating, there are some minor issues that have been bothering me:
The one issue that I have with this flashlight is that although the flashlight itself is waterproof, the UBS connectors at the bottom for getting access to the power bank function are not completely sealed. I worry about getting some water in these connectors whenever I take the flashlight out in rain.
Conclusion
The xtreme bright flashlight X-3500 is a great general purpose flashlight with a really cool power bank function. I could not find a single device that this bad boy was not able to charge including my iPhone, iPad mini and my wife’s Nexus (yeah, I know!). So in a nutshell, I would strongly recommend this flashlight to everyone. Imagine this, with a small investment, you can have a great flashlight as well as a very durable power bank that can charge all your electronics. It doesn’t get any sweeter that that!
